Yes, all the ramps are legal now! KY 61/LBN Pkwy Interchange

2006-12-18 - Columbia, KY - Photo By Ed Waggener.
Yes, Hardscratch Girl, the ramps are legal, just as Doug McCammish announced this morning.. Ann Murphy was anxious to know if the ramps were legal as well as open, and they are. New signs are up, and they change the emphais from "Louie B. Nunn" to "Cumberland" in the Parkway name. This photo is from the South KY 61 side of the interchange.
