KSP arrests four in Fergie's Night Club incident

Three adults charged and jailed; juvenile charged and released to parent

Four individuals were charged after officers arrived at Fergie's Night Club, three miles west of Lebanon, KY on US 68.

At around midnight on Thursday, November 23, 2006, Kentucky State Police officers received a complaint at the club; when they arrived several individuals were described as drunk and disorderly.



Arrested at the scene were the following:
  1. Myron Dawson, 23, Springfield, KY, who was charged with disorderly conduct.
  2. Joni M. Shively, 25, Lebanon, KY, who was charged with alcohol intoxication
  3. Shauntel Spaulding, 26, Lebanon, KY, who was charged with alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest
  4. A juvenile was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and DUI.
The three adults were lodged in the Marion County Jail. The juvenile was released to a parent.
