FEEDBACK: Daughter of soldier moved by I AM A SOLDIER

Just hours after posting, a reader in Ohio writer send a note to commend the poet (Howard Bailey), and to remember a very special veteran: Her Dad

Editor

"After sending this article (I AM A SOLDIER) to our middle daughter, in Baltimore Ohio. I would like to share with you her comment! "- TRUDY CRABB.

Wow! How talented is this person. They have shared a view that is touching and teaching. Maybe you should write to the paper and tell them that your daughter is proud of this SOLDIER!

And that I appreciate all what he has bared for me and my family. I am also proud of those that love this SOLDIER. I am proud of those that support this SOLDIER regardless of their political or religious beliefs: those moms/wives/daughters and fathers/husbands/sons that are here in the states and still standing strong in the face of the freedom that belongs to each of us because of this SOLDIER.

I am going to print this and let the boys read it tonight. You would be proud of them. This is what they told me last night: "We have to call Grandpa Mike on the 11th day, of the 11th month at the 11th hour" I asked them why and they said, "This is when they started Veteran's day and we have to tell him thank you."

I thought it was sweet. Anyway - better get back to work.

Love you!

Jennie

PS: Daddy - I''m proud of you too. Thank you for loving me and fighting for me when you didn'tt know what type of person I would be. When you didn't know me at all. Thank you for fighting for my boys and for theirs. I love you

Thanks for the wonderful note. I AM A SOLDIER has an extraordinarily enthusiastic debut. Hope everyone gets a chance to buy the CD. -ED WAGGENER
