Jeff Crowe on Steering Committee, America's Byways survey Jeff Crowe, Director of Scenic Byways and C.I.T.Y. Program, has been appointed as a Steering Committee member for the Americas Byways Economic Impact Survey. There were 32 applicants and only seven were chosen. Jeff works closely with Sue Stivers, Adair County's Tourism Director. The chosen must represent a variety of factors to make sure the committee is representative of the byway community.
