Jody Richards will speak at Democratic rally at 6:00pm

Speaker of the House Jody Richards , Bowling Green, KY, will be the keynote speaker at the Adair County Democratic Rally this evening, Friday, October 6, 2006, at at the VFW Hall by the Adair County Fairgrounds. Most county Democratic candidates are expected to attend and speak.

Richards is a native of Garlin, KY and a graduate of Adair County High School. Each day he serves as Speaker of the Kentucky House of Representatives sets a new record for the longest tenure in the history of the Commonwealth.

The event will start at 6:00pm with hamburgers, hotdogs, and the fixings for lunch. The event is free and open to the public.
