Political Message for Butch Wheatley for State Representative

Paid for by Henry Butch Wheatley Campaign Fund, Maurice Dix, CPA, Treasurer

Elect
BUTCH WHEATLEY
State Representative

We have strong family ties to Adair County

Even though we live in Taylor County, my wife, Betty Jo (York) was born in Breeding and my Uncle Leo Wheatley and his wife Charlotte (Wilson) built and ran the Lakeway Motel (across from Circle "R") for years before his death. We both still have relatives in Adair County. I will provide new energy and an active voice in Frankfort as I fight for Adair and Taylor Counties.

We were blessed to raise our children in great community

For thirty years, every day I got up before daylight, to drive 120 milesround trip to work. Now that I have retired from Ft. Knox, I recognize how blessedI was to have been able to lay my head on a pillow inTaylor County when I returned home from work.I am thankful that I did not have to move and live somewhere else to work. We were able to raise our children in this great community.

As a result, today we are able to be a part of our grand daughters life each day. Unfortunately, too many of our families have been forced to go elsewhere to seek opportunity.

I'll get up every day and work hard for jobs, opportunities, here

As your State Representative I'll get up every day and work hard to attract quality jobs and opportunity for our district. You have my commitment that Iwill aggressively seek jobs that will provide good wages and health care.

TheGood Lord has blessed mewith the energy and good health to give this job my full attention.

In truth we have a big mess in Frankfort. That is not a partisan statement, it is just a fact.

While I am a Democrat, I have the independence to stand up for your values, your interests, and our needs as a community and to help bring the change we desperately need. Let me be clear, if you like what is going on in Frankfort today, then you bestnot vote for me.I have no interest in going up there and becoming another go along, get along guy. We really and truly need to fix things and to do this I am asking for your vote."

I know what it is like to be on the battlefield

I served my country as a Marine in Vietnam. I flew 76 combat missions as a door gunner in Huey Choppers.I know what it is like to be on the battlefield.

Here I am again, "on yet another battlefield." Fighting for my children, your children, my grandchildren and your grandchildren.

Together lets make a change

Together lets make a difference

Please look at www.electwheatley.com for information on my past experience both on and off the job, and the things that I will work for day in and day out to provide the best quality of life possible to all of our citizens.

I humbly ask for your vote and support in the November 2006 General Election.

s/BUTCH WHEATLEY
