$250 Reward offered in Mt. Carmel boat vandalization The Adair County Sheriff's Department is investigating the vandalism of a boat at the Mount Carmel Boat Ramp on Monday, October 2, 2006. The boat was vandalized some time between 6:00pm on October 1 and 11:00am on October 2, 2006. There were several items taken from the boat. Deputy Michael Burton is investigating the case.
