Today, Monday, October 2, 2006 in Columbia, KY

There is a fairly heavy docket set for Adair District Court, with 81 cases scheduled. Seven cases, six involving one individual, are scheduled in circuit court. The pretrial conference for the case of Margaret Sue Huddleston, charged with terroristic threatening, 3rd degree, is scheduled for 10:00am. The case is related to alleged threats against members of the Beech Grove Separate Baptist Church after the shooting and subsequent death of Rex Coffey.
