Studies explore impact of Hispanic immigration in Kentucky State has 8th highest rise in nation in numbers of Hispanics The September 20, 2006, issue of Foresight the publication of the Kentucky Long-Term Policy Council, carries three articles of interest to those who would like a better understanding of the changes in Kentucky brought about by the rising numbers of Hispanic immigrants.
