Feedback: New tombstones for Ambrose Burton and his wives Thanks sent to Peggy Burton Lawson for raising funds, getting new monuments for grand patriarch of family All descendants of Ambrose Burton should give Peggy Burton Lawson a big thank you and a pat on the back for getting new tombstones for Ambrose and his two wives. After seeing that the stones were in bad shape, Peggy started getting the word to Ambrose's many descendants that she wanted to buy new stones. After a few months and some hard work and contributions from her many cousins, her mission has been accomplished. The old tombstones have been removed and new ones put in. Thanks Peggy for a great job!Danny Goodin This story was posted on 2006-09-21 11:10:16
