The Emily Griffitt Anderson murder case: Update 09/14/2006

There has been a new development the Emily Griffitt Anderson murder case.

A story in the Lenoir, NC, News-Topic reports details of Jerry Anderson's attorney filing a motion to set bond for the murder suspect.



Anderson is facing murder charges in Caldwell County, NC, for the murder of his wife, former Adair Countian Emily Griffitt Anderson, who lived in the Cane Valley area prior to moving to Sawmills, NC. Ms. Anderson was reported missing on December 29, 2006. Her body was discovered in South Carolina nine days later.
