Jelaine Phillips announces next Get Healthy Adair County

The "Get Healthy Adair County" program will begin Tuesday September 12, 2006, from 5:30 6:30 pm, and will meet every Tuesday for 8 weeks. this is part of the Governor's "Get Healthy Kentucky program" which is endeavoring to help citizens learn how to gain more healthy lifestyles.


The classes will meet at Trinity United Methodist Church Family Life Center on Hwy 55 each week.

The class will consist of 30 minutes of nutritional education and 30 minutes ofwalking. The class is open to everyone; however, children who attend must be oldenough to participate.
