  1. Motion to approve minutes of August 7 and 29, 2006, meeting. (Vote)

  2. Citizens comments

  3. _____________Introduce Ordinance No. 220.136 for 1st Reading as follows:
    Ordinance No. 220.136. An ordinance providing for the levying and collection of an ad valorem tax for the City of Columbia, Kentucky for the Year of 2006.
    ***City Attorney give 1st Reading to Ordinance No. 220.136. (No vote required)

  4. City Attorney read letter of recommendation from planning zoning commission for a zone change from R-1A single family residential to C-2 Highway oriented commercial for one lot on Russell Road owned by Jason Stotts. (Vote).

  5. _____________Introduce Ordinance No. 920.75 for 1st Reading as follows:
    Ordinance No. 920.75. An ordinance amending the Columbia Zoning Regulations and Columbia official zoning districts map.
    ***City Attorney give first reading to Ordinance No. 920.75. (No vote required)
