Adair Project Development Board meets Tuesday, Aug. 29 The Adair County Justice Center Project Development Board (PDB) held its regular monthly meeting at 5:00pm, today, Tuesday, August 29, 2006, in the Adair Annex Basement on the Square in Columbia, KY. Items on the agenda included the following: 1) Roll Call 2) Approval of Minutes 3) Report of Financial Advisors Ross, Sinclaire 4) DLZ Kentucky, Architects Report 5) Old Business, 6) New Business 7) Set next meeting date, and 8) Adjourn. PDB Board Member Roger Stephens informed ColumbiaMagazine.com that the final lot for the site has been signed, sealed and delivered. The deed for the Adair Muffler Shop is now held by the County.
