Columbia Police make drug arrest after traffic stop Columbia City Police arrested an Adari County man on drug charges after a traffic stop inside the city limits of Columbia, KY. The incident took place August 10, 2006, Columbia officers Jr. Murphy and Josh Brockman arrested Feddie Loy, 65, and charged him with possession of Cocaine, improper equipment, no seat belt, and failure to use turn signal.
