P&Z will hold Public Hearing on lot, 900 block, Russell Road

ColumbiaMagazine.com Note: The street number was not given for the lot. It is located just beyond the Dr. Ronnie Rogers, DC, complex in the 900 Block of Russell Road. Dr. Rogers says he favors the zone change for his neighbor. According to those at the zone change sign posting Thursday morning, July 27, 2006, a full service greenhouse is to be built at the location. -Ed Waggener

Please be advised the City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on August 10, 2006, at 6:00pm in City Hall to consider the following:
A request for a zone change from R-1A Single-Family Residential to C-2 Highway Oriented Commercial for 1.31 acres located on Russell Road (PVA Map #C06-004-026.001). Property owned by Jason Stotts.
The Hearing is open to the public.

Zoning change requested for lot in 900 block of Russell Road



2006-07-28 - Russell Road, Columbia, KY - Photo CM staff. Chief of Police Mark Harris affixes the notice to the official P&Z sign standard erected at Jason Stotts' lot in the 900 block of Russell Road. The lot next door and just east of the chiropractic office of Dr. Ronald P. Rogers. The Rogers Building is just visible in the upper right. A greenhouse and garden center is planned at the location.
