Seventy cases are scheduled in Adair District Court on Monday, July 31, 2006, including a preliminary hearing for Christopher Patrick Benham at 10:00am in District Court. Only one case is scheduled in Circuit Court Monday, July 31, 2006, the Pretrial Conference for William Meece, who faces 10 counts, including three murder charges, in the Wellnitz family murders.
