Letter: Mr. Treece is confident school will open August 10, 2006 Superintendent says he's been assured new school will be ready on time Rumors have circulated that school will not open as scheduled on August 10, 2006. I have met with our construction manager, architect and job superintendent. They all assure me that everything is still on schedule to have us in the building on time for our opening date. Certainly, not every little detail will be completed. However, I have been assured that we will be at a point to safely have students in the building. While no major problems that would cause a delay are anticipated, we do not have an absolute guarantee. WE ARE STILL PLANNING TO OPEN AUGUST 10 AS OF THIS NOTICE! Thank you for getting the information out! Darrell Treece, Superintendent, Adair County Schools To see the complete school calendar, Click Here This story was posted on 2006-07-14 12:21:28
