Adair County Animal Hospital holds grand opening

The staff of the Adair County Animal Hospital has fully completed the move into their new building and the grand opening was held last Saturday. The celebration was made even more special as it was the official welcome of Dr. Jacob Feese, brother to Drs. Rexroat and Campbell, to the practice.

Staff members gave tours of the new building and comments overheard from visitors included, "this feels like a tour of a brand new hospital for humans," and, "...aren't their parents lucky -- three children, three veterinarians working together."

The facilities are brand new and greatly expanded, and still they want people to know that it is business as usual at the Animal Hospital with a focus on taking excellent care of their patients and the people who love and care for them.

The three doctors are natives of Adair County, graduates of Adair County High School.

Dr. Shantila Feese Rexroat received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Purdue University in 1996.

Dr. Shannon Feese Campbell received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Auburn University in 1999.

Dr. Jacob Feese, graduated from Western Kentucky University in May 2002 and from Veterinary School at St. George's in Grenada this spring.
