Emily Griffitt Anderson murder case: Update July 10, 2006

NC prosecutors in dispute over repossessing John Deere loader

A motion is to be heard in Caldwell County, NC, Superior Court on Monday, July 17, 2006, to decide whether a front end loader on which Jerry Anderson is in default can be repossessed or whether it will remain in the prosecution's hand as evidence in the Anderson's murder trial.


Anderson was been indicted for the first degree murder of his wife, Emily Griffitt Anderson, who grew up on Burkesville ST in Columbia, KY, and who only recently moved from the Cane Valley community.
