Please be advised the City of Columbia Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on June 8, 2006, at 6pm in City Hall to consider the following:
A request for a zone change from R-2 Low-Moderate Residential to C-3 Neighborhood Commercial for one (1) lot located at 110 E. Frazier (PVA Map #C05-005-013).
The Hearing is open to the public.

Regular monthly meetings are each second Thursday at 6:00 p.m. in City Hall. If front door locked, try back. Commission will not meet unless there is business to be conducted that month.

P&Z Hearing: 110 E. Frazier ST, Columbia, KY



2006-05-19 - Columbia, KY 42728 - Photo Staff. There will be a Public Hearing conducted by the City of Columbia Planning & Zoning Commission on June 8, 2006, at 6pm in City Hall to consider the following: A request for a zone change from R-2 Low-Moderate Residential to C-3 Neighborhood Commercial for one (1) lot located at 110 E. Frazier (PVA Map #C05-005-013). The hearing is open to the public. To view the area, take Burkesville ST off the Columbia Square and turn left on Frazier Avenue between Walker Florist and the Masonic Lodge building. If approved, the Pink Flamingo, recently on the Columbia Public Square, will open there.
