Michael Loy wins over half of Adair County's vote to win a run-off slot for 29th District Judge. 2006 Adair CO Primary Election: Waiting for tallies

2006-05-17 - Adair CO Courthouse Annex, Columbia, KY - Photo Ed Waggener. This was the scene in the office of Adair County Court Clerk Ann Melton primary election night, May 16, 2006, as onlookers waited for tallies from each precinct to be posted. The returns took a bit longer to process and post because two voting machines were in use in the voting houses. That was a small price for the increased speed and lack of lines at the polls.
