There are 12 different polling places for the 15 precincts in Adair County.

Three locations serve two precincts each.

Grider's Used Trucks Building, KY 55 South, Glens Fork: Glens Fork/Melson Ridge Precinct
Knifley Fire Department, Elkhorn Road, Knifley: Knifley Precinct
Leon Huff Building, KY 80 East: Ozark Precinct
Mary Carter Building: White Oak Precinct
Trinity Life Center, KY 55 North: Cane Valley/Holmes Precinct; North Columbia Precinct
Shepherd Grade Center: Eunice-Pellyton Precinct and Little Cake Precinct
VFW Building, Fairgrounds, Fairground Street: Hurt Precinct
Wheet Fellowship Building: East Columbia Precinct and South Columbia/Harmony Precinct
