Blow-out on Louie B. Nunn causes vehicle to overturn in roadway Kentucky State Trooper Jeremy Johnson investigated a one-vehicle injury accident that occurred on Saturday, April 16, 20006, at around 11:45 a.m.. Easton A. Reid, 32, Stanford, KY, was traveling east on the parkway in a red 1998 Honda when the back driver side tire blew out, causing the vehicle to overturn in the roadway.
