16-year-old driver treated and released following single vehicle accident A one-vehicle accident resulted in the driver, 16-year-old David Purdy, being treated and released at Springview Hospital, Lebanon, KY. The accident occurred Thursday afternoon at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, April 13, 2006, three miles north of Lebanon on KY 49. David Purdy was traveling north on KY 49 in a 1996 Ford pickup. He lost control in a curve, left the roadway, and overturned in a ditch. The accident was investigated by Trooper Leslie Moses of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY.
