21-year-old Elizabethtown man in Adair County Regional Jail on drug charges Arrest yesterday on warrant charging Chick with trafficking within 1,000 yards of school The High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) task force and the Kentucky State Police arrested James S. Chick, 21, Elizabethtown, KY, at 2:40 p.m., Monday, April 10, 2006. Chick was arrested on a warrant charging him with trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 yards of a school. Chick was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail, Columbia, KY. Detective D. Burton, Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY, participated in the action.
