Adair Sheriff's Office, KSP arrest Clinton CO, KY man just before noon today He's charged with trafficking in controlled substance within 1000 yards of a school On Friday, April 7, 2006, at 11:10 a.m., approximately two hours ago, the Adair County Sheriff's Office Task Force and the Kentucky State Police arrested Richard J. Fryman, 21, Albany, KY. The arrest was made within the limits of Columbia. Fryman was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance within 1000 yards of a school. He was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
