Tpr. B.J. Burton arrests man for blocking Pickett-Mell Road with vehicle Kenneth R. Nadeau arrested on multiple charges; lodged in Adair County Regional Jail; vehicle towed from scene Kenneth R. Nadeau, 404 Pickett Mell Road in northwestern Adair County, was arrested after he blocked Pickett-Mell Road with his vehicle and refused to move it. The incident occurred Saturday, April 10, 2006. Trooper B.J. Burton responded to the scene and requested Nadeeau move the vehicle, which was improperly parked on a public roadway. Nadeau was arrested a short time later and charged with disorderly conduct, abandoning a vehicle on a public road, obstructing a highway, menacing, and carrying a concealed weapon. Nadeau was lodged in the Adair County Jail, while his vehicle was towed from the scene. Story by Sgt. Ken Hill, Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY.
