Man arrested Wednesday for threatening Marion judicial officer Next day warrants for rape, burglary, and 5 more counts of terroristic threatening served On March 29, 2006, Kentucky State Police received information about a threat against a judicial official in Marion County. James Lee Gordon, age 33, was arrested on a warrant for Terroristic Threatening. On Thursday, January 30, 2006, warrants for Rape 1st Degree, Burglary 1st Degree and 5 more counts of Terroristic Threatening were served on Gordon. He remains lodged in the Marion County Detention Center. Detective Donnie Moses is the case officer.
