LETTER: Ed Pipalski wants to express concerns over East 80 bridge

" . . . where and under what forum may I address my concerns and comments about past and present performance and policy"?
Dear Ed,

Excellent work on attaching the County's Officials and contact information to the article concerning the agenda for the Fiscal Court meeting!

Question: The meeting calls for road works projects; I have a great concern over the proposed rebuilding of the Russell Creek Bridge bordering my property, where and under what forum may I address my concerns and comments about past and present performance and policy?
