Rabbit Kirk, 82, Cumberland County, KY Robert Daniel "Rabbit" Kirk, age 82, of Burkesville, KY passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. He was born on July 26, 1942 in Cumberland County, KY to Lawrence Kirk Sr and Bertha Norris Kirk. Robert attended Center Point Church in Burkesville and was a former employee of Brown Supply. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Landa Gail Kirk, siblings, Elzie Gene "Bean" Kirk, Lawrence "Duchie" Kirk, Lonnie "Bodgie" Kirk, Ralph Dixon Kirk, Luster "Luck" Kirkpatrick, Malcolm Kirk, Sr., and Sarah Elizabeth Pace Survivors include: One son - Kelly Kirk of Burkesville, KY One daughter - Hope Kirk of Burkesville, KY Six grandchildren - Kelly Smith, Sam Bruehl (Carlie), Landan Kirk, Aspen Kirk (Mahalie), Brakenna Kirk and Ivy Kirk Fourteen great-grandchildren - Aaliyah, Grayson, Phoebe, Stevie, Anslee, Emmet, Drayden, Bryson, Jaxon, Zaylon, Liam, Kellen, Kollee and Sterling and One great-grandchild waiting in Heaven - Storm Dawson Garrett Funeral Service Friday, November 8, 2024 at 1pmCT at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N Main St, Burkesville, KY. Family requests visitation on Friday from 11 until time for the service at 1 with cremation to follow the service. Burial of cremains at Grundy Chapel Cemetery at a later date.
