Proceedings: Adair County Meat Goat Association, February 6, 2006 Special: See Shop & Swap items at end of minutes Meeting Called to order by President Phillip Richard Reading of the minutes by Ed Darnell Minutes approved Sharon Young made the motion to accept the proposal. Ed Darnell seconded the motion. Motion passed 22 Chairs could be bought for $2.50 so that chairs would not have to be borrowed from local churches for the meeting. Ed Darnell made the motion to purchase the chairs. Coy England seconded the motion Motioned carried. Announcement: We are now taking 2006 ACMGA dues. March 6th David Herbst will be guest speaker April 3rd Tess Caudill will be the guest speaker April 22nd will be the Spring Boer goat sale in Lebanon KY. Adair Co. Meat goat Association and Central Kentucky goat Association are putting this event on. More information to follow. Remainder of the meeting was turned over to Clint Durham, DVM who discussed the Scrapie program and discussion of the disease it self. Coy England has 8 nannies and a buck he wants to sell.
