Veterans Banners to be installed for 2024 From Tiffany Collins Banners will start being hung in downtown Columbia during mid-May in honor of veterans in our community, with the plan to have all of them in place before Memorial Day. The service for dedication of the banners will be during Memorial Day Weekend. In addition to banners that were printed for previous years, 33 new banners will be hung this year:
