Linda Lou Bryant, 80, Cumberland County, KY Linda Lou (Ballard) Bryant of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at her home in the Dutch Creek Community of Cumberland County, Kentucky having attained the age of 80 years and 10 months. She was of the Baptist faith, a member of Grace Union Baptist Church, and worked as a Seamstress for OshKosh B'Gosh. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Bryant, son, William Douglas "Dougie" Bryant, brother, Russell Ballard, sister, Pearl (Branham) Davis, and grandson-in-law, Corey Murphy. She was born in Cumberland County, Kentucky on Friday, June 18, 1943, the daughter of Herman "Humpy" & Ruby (Branham) Ballard. She is survived by her children, Stephanie (& Tommy) Young, Tim (& Pattie) Bryant, Bro. Todd (& Criss) Bryant, all of Burkesville, Kentucky, grandchildren, Jason Strange, Codi Murphy, Ross (& Samantha) Polston, Bryant (& Kenzie) Young, Doug (& Anna)Bryant, Elijah (& Katlyn) Brown, great-grandchildren, Skylar Young, Cara Beth Murphy, Maddox Newport, Ryder Polston, Bryliegh Young, Remi Polston, Cassidy Murphy, and Rori Polston, along with several other family members and many, many friends. The funeral service will be conducted on Monday April 22, 2024 at 1pmCT in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home in Burkesville, Kentucky, with Bro. Todd Bryant, and Tommy Young officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 21, 2024 beginning at 5:30pm until the funeral hour on Monday afternoon. Burial will be in the Dutch Creek Cemetery in Cumberland County, Kentucky.
