Ricky Allen Cox, 42, Campbellsville, KY (1981-2024) Mr. Ricky Allen Cox of Campbellsville passed from this life on Friday, April 5, 2024 as the result of a traffic incident. Born in Taylor County on August 27, 1981 to Eva Mae Bagby Cox and the late Mac Arthur Cox, he was 42 years, 7 months, and 9 days of age. Cremation was accorded Mr. Cox by the L.R. Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service. There are no public services scheduled at this time. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of New Journey Church. Mr. Cox loved to stay active and outdoors; he was fishing or hunting ginseng at every opportunity he had. He had a big heart and an infectious laugh, and he loved to be an encouraging voice to anyone, but especially those struggling with addictions. He leaves to cherish his memory:
