Anna Jean Rogers Milby, 83, Greensburg, KY (1940-2024) Anna Jean Rogers Milby of Greensburg, Kentucky, daughter of the late Arvist Rogers and Maerine Patterson Rogers, was born on Sunday, September 15, 1940, in Green County and departed this life on Saturday, April 6, 2024. She was 83 years, 6 months, and 22 days of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Oak Forest Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was a former machine operator for Fruit of the Loom, Inc., and later worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Hospital and Adanta. Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband of almost 67 years, Edward Lee "Toad" Milby on December 15, 2023, having united in marriage on December 21, 1957. Survivors include a sister: Rita Houk of Horse Cave; a sister-in-law and caregiver: Patsy Moran of Greensburg; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: William and Geraldine Milby of Greensburg and Donald and Ila Gay Milby of Campbellsville; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by two brothers: Donald Rogers and Wilburn Rogers. The funeral services for Mrs. Anna Jean Rogers Milby will be conducted at 12noonCT, Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Green County Memory Gardens. Bro. Robert Knight officiating. Visitation is requested after 10 until time of the funeral service. Memorials are suggested the St. Jude Children's Hospital or Green Hill Nursing and Rehab, which can be made at the funeral home.
