Tuesday accident results in one being taken to Westlake Regional Hospital The Columbia Police Department investigated an accident which resulted in an Adair County woman being taken to Westlake Regional Hospital. It occurred when a vehicle being operated by 41-year-old Lou Streeval was traveling south on Greensburg Street and was attempting to make a left hand turn into Pickett Street. She pulled into the path of a vehicle being operated by 17-year-old Christopher Matthews. Matthews was traveling North on Greensburg Street. Streeval was transported to Westlake Regional Hospital. Neither Christopher nor his passenger David Matthews were injured. The accident was investigated by Columbia Police Officer Jimmy Luttrell.
