TJRH receives Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award

T.J. Regional Health announced on Monday that TJ Samson Home Care has been named a 2023 Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Award(R) winner by Press Ganey, the global leader in healthcare experience solutions and services. This award is part of Press Ganey's annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to employee experience. As a winner of the Press Ganey HX Guardian of Excellence Award(R), T.J. Samson Home Care Program is in the top 1% of healthcare providers in delivering long term care in the last year.

Shara Page, Director of Home Care and Rehabilitation Services, said about the Guardian of Excellence Award through Press Ganey; "Receiving this award for employee engagement is truly humbling.
