Adair County Republicans elect Benton Fudge chairman Benton Fudge was elected chairman of the Adair County Republican Party at an organizational and 2006 campaign meeting, Monday night, January 23, 2006, in the Courthouse Annex basement meeting room. Mr. Fudge will replace Perry Reeder, who resigned the position to run for the Party's nomination for Fourth District Magistrate. Lisa Lee, who was secretary treasurer, moved up to Vice Chairman, replacing Ann Melton, who resigned the position to run for Adair County Judge Executive. The new secretary treasurer is Libby Radford. Jason Cross was re-elected Youth Chairman. Direct comments are not available.
