Adair Co. Grand Jury March indictments On March 7, 2024, the Adair County Circuit Court Grand Jury met and handed down indictments against 12 individuals from Columbia, Campbellsville, and Jamestown, KY. Charges included possession, promoting contraband, criminal mischief, theft, public intoxication, flight, trespass, burglary, assault, and failure to signal a turn. NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.
