ACSO: Russell Co. man arrested on assault charges From Sheriff Josh Brockman Adair County Sheriff's Office On Sunday, March 10, 2024, at around 4amCT, Sheriff Josh Brockman was dispatched to the 9000 block of KY80 East to investigate a complaint.
