LWC College Singers Spring Tour Home Concert is Monday

The Lindsey Wilson College Singers are back in Columbia after a whirlwind Spring Tour, where they explored and performed in numerous locations in North and South Carolina. They will present their 2024 Spring Tour Home Concert at 7pmCT on Monday, March 11, 2024, at Columbia United Methodist Church.

The public is invited to this free concert, which will feature an arrangement of musical pieces from their Spring Tour, and will include some individual instrumental performances by students. Columbia United Methodist Church is located at 202 Burkesville Street, Columbia, KY.

The 2024 Spring Tour took the singers to Mount Pleasant, Charleston, Folly Beach, and Columbia, SC, and to Charlotte, NC. On the way, they performed at Folly Beach United Methodist Church, the South Bay Retirement Community, and sang and worshipped at a basic training group's moving Chapel Service at Fort Jackson in Columbia, South Carolina.


Gerald Chafin described the tour as "non-stop action," and between performances the group managed to fit in a tour of Magnolia Plantation and Gardens, Rainbow Row in downtown Charleston, dinner at a Poe's Tavern, axe throwing, the South Carolina Aquarium, and a tour of the Billy Graham Library.

This year's singers are Charlotte Archey, Dakota Boaz, Halle Burton, Lilly Clauson, Kiara Collins, Hailee Corbin, Sophia Harbin, Madeline Hardwick, Casey Honaker, Kaleb Humble, Sadie Kemp, Kayla Koerner, Jesse LaGrange, Austin Lee Wausaukokamick, Amber Loy, Shawn McCart, Jasmine Mitchell, Seth Ousley, Kassidy Phelps, Collin Pike, Josephine Posey, Hunter Reading, Layla Risen, Sabrina Ruiz, Rebekah Shannon, Rebekah Stevenson, Yesh Singayao, Lindsey Taylor, Reilly Wells, Clarise Wheat, Leif Wilson, and Makayla Wright.
