Republicans will elect new party officers Monday, January 23, 2006

New chairperson, vice-chairperson will be elected
Republicans will elect officers at Monday meetingThe Adair County Republican Party will elect officers at its Monday, January 23, 2006 meeting which will start at 6:00 p.m., CST.

The meeting will be held in the Annex Basement.


Present officers are:
  • Perry Reeder, Chairperson

  • Ann Melton, Vice Chairperson

  • Jason Cross, Youth Chairperson

  • Lisa Lee, Secretary
Perry Reeder and Ann Melton have both announced their intentions to resign because of their candidacies.

Perry Reeder is running for Magistrate in District 4, which includes, Gradyville-Nell, Sparksville-Breeding, and South Columbia #2 precincts.

Ann Melton was the first candidate to announce for Adair County Judge-Executive. At the time of her announcement she also announced that she would be resigning as vice chair of the party.
