Westlake name will become a thing of the past Mayor Pam Hoots said the City Council voted to enter into the lengthy process to officially change the name of Westlake Drive to something new at a future date. The street name 'Westlake' conjures of memories of the old Hospital and the debt taxpayers have had to carry to take care of it.
