Jerry Hadley, 63, Russell County, KY (1960-2024)

Jerry Hadley, 63, of Russell Springs, passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2023 at Russell County Hospital.

He was a retried factory worker and farmer.


He was born in Campbellsville, KY on August 2, 1960, a son of the late Effie Faye (Loy) and Elva Lee Hadley.

Jerry is survived by:

wife, Carolyn (Lafavers) Hadley, of Russell Springs, KY.

a daughter, Kelly Powell (Wayne), of Russell Springs, KY.

a son, Chris Hadley (Tammy), of Russell Springs, KY.

two brothers, Ralph Hadley (Maxine), and Roger Hadley, both of Russell Springs, KY.

He is also survived by 6 grandchildren Anna, Lizzie, and Colton Powell, Eli, Luke and Ava Hadley as well as other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Bobby Hadley and a sister Stella Knight.

Funeral Service will be held 1pmCT on Friday, January 26th at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY with Bro. Scott Procter and Bro. Terry Boston officiating.

Friends may visit 10 to 1 Friday.

Burial in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Russell Springs, KY

Pallbearers: Walter Robertson, Mike Robertson, Terry Robertson, Mitchell Robertson, Jason Aaron, Chad Pendleton and Jared Foley.
