Joyce Ann Vaughn, 73, Green County, KY (1950-2024) Joyce Ann Vaughn of Greensburg, Kentucky, daughter of the late Emmitt Berry and Kathleen Walker Berry, was born on Tuesday, January 24, 1950 in Green County and departed this life on Friday, January 19, 2024 at her home. She was 73 years, 11 months, and 26 days of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Oak Forest Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was a machine operator for 29 years at the Fruit of Loom and also worked as a Housekeeper at Green Hill Nursing and Rehab for many years. Survived by her Husband of 52 years, Donnie Vaughn of Greensburg, having united in marriage on March 6, 1971. Other survivors include a son and daughter-in-law: Tommy and Rachel Vaughn of Greensburg; five step grandchildren: Mary Hilty, Jeremiah Hilty, Jacob Hilty, David Hilty, Jasmine Morgan; and a host of other relatives and friends. Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by a grandson: James Thomas Vaughn; two brothers: Winferd Berry and Junior Berry. The funeral services for Joyce Ann Berry Vaughn will be conducted at 11amCT, Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Wilson Cemetery. Bro. Leslie Jewell officiating. The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take form of donation to the Gideon Bible Fund or Wilson Cemetery Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
