Public Notice: P & Z Hearing, 3 Parcels of land to be P-Public/Semi-Public

Meeting will hear Adair County Board of Education's request for zoning prior to annexation of newly acquired land into City of Columbia
Please be advised the city of Columbia Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on January 26, 2006, at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall to consider the following:


  1. Planning commission to zone three (3) parcels of land, owned by the Adair County Board of Education, that have been requested to be annexed into the city limits. Zone to be P-Public/Semi-Public. These properties are located off of Greensburg Street and adjoin property owned by the Adair County Board of Education. (PVA Map #040-031.002 includes 2 parcels and #040-033.002 is 1 parcel).
The Hearing is open to the public.
