CACFD: House fire on Karen Drive From Grant Loy, PIO Columbia Adair County Fire Department On Saturday, December 2, 2023, the Columbia - Adair County Fire Department was dispatched at approximately 14:34 hours to 53 Karen Drive on a report of a bathroom on fire inside of a residence. Upon arrival there was heavy smoke and fire showing from the bathroom and master bedroom area of the residence. Firefighters made an offensive attack on the residence and quickly brought the fire under control. The residence received major damage from the fire. There were 15 firefighters on scene for approximately an hour. Agencies that assisted included Adair County E911 Center and the Kentucky Red Cross. This story was posted on 2023-12-04 09:19:53
