Billy Ford, 72, Taylor County, KY (1951-2023)

Clarence William "Billy" Ford, 72, of Campbellsville, Kentucky, son of the late Joseph L. Ford and Mary M. Hill Ford was born August 1st, 1951 and departed this life on Friday, November 24, 2023.

He united in marriage to the love of his life, Ms. Martha Pamela "Pam" Caldwell on October 17th, 1970. She survives. He retired from and was the previous owner of Ford's Lawn Care and Landscaping. He loved spending time outdoors with his grandsons. He enjoyed hunting, trapping, and turtling.


Billy is survived by:

Two daughters: Melissa Collison, and her husband, James III, of Campbellsville; and Mimi Watson, and her husband, Michael, of Campbellsville

Seven grandchildren: Jim Collison IV, and his fiance, Ally, of Campbellsville; Josh Collison, and his wife, Haleigh, of Lebanon; Jadon Collison, and his fiance, Kara; Collin Watson, and his wife, Sydney; Carson Watson; Cross Watson; and Creed Watson, all of Campbellsville

Three great-grandchildren: Alyvia Collison of Campbellsville, Jimmy Collison V of Campbellsville, and Russell Collison of Lebanon

Six sisters and one brother: Teresa Simpson, and her husband, Wesley, of Lebanon; Dorothy Carroll of Hodgenville; Mary Wheatly, and her husband, Ricky, of Raywick; Tammy Payne, and her husband, Curtis, of Lebanon; James Ford, and his companion, Kristie Perkins, of Lebanon; Marty Simpson, and her husband, Todd, of Gravel Switch; and JoAnn Atwell, and her husband, Charlie, of Bardstown

Billy was preceded in death by a sister and a brother Frankee Gabehart and Buddy Ford.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 28th, 2023 from 5 - 8pmCT with a prayer service at 7pm. Funeral service will be Wednesday, November 29th, 2023 at 12pm at Auberry Funeral Home in downtown Campbellsville with Rev. Saju Vadakumpadan and Bro. Jim Collison III officiating.

Pallbearers: Jim Collison IV, Josh Collison, Jadon Collison, Collin Watson, Carson Watson, Cross Watson, and Creed Watson

In lieu of flowers, the family requested expressions of sympathy may be in the form of donations to the American Diabetes Association and may be made at the funeral home.
