Keepsake heirloom being auctioned online this week A rare keepsake - the Allender family dollhouse - is being offered for sale at auction by Southern Nest Realty (see the banner ad below and click to the sale site). The family dollhouse took three years of attention to every detail to complete. This handmade heirloom completely wooden doll house was designed by Mary Allender and built by Charles Sandusky, between 1973 - 1976 at his mill on Russell creek. The house is a perfect 1":12" scale replica of the home Mary grew up in on Limestone Street in Lexington, Kentucky. Scroll down to the Southern Nest banner ad and click for all the details.
